a YEAR?

So it's been a year today since my mother died. My dad, was a chronic alcoholic and very abusive verbally. He died this last March. The stress of the entire process-the will-etc etc. It didn't let up 1 day in the last year. But it's just now, slowing down.
I've accomplished a lot in my life. Learned a lot about people.
I wish more people just appreciated being happy. I've had very few times where I was happy. I have never understood how anyone could ever take for granted, being truly happy and just being hugged everyday.
Anyhoo...I gotta fly...I have yoga. Going to try and twist myself into a pretzel today!
