LD blogs quite often and I read them. They are very good, but it makes me wonder why I can't be that disciplined.

My friends are so sweet and dedicated to healthy living. I struggle to keep up. Celebrate the wins. Focus on the positives. Today is my mom's birthday. I sent her a text with emojis. Planned for my sister to take her out for her birthday when she's in California. Her response? .....nothing. same as last year.

This is why positive gets hard for me....

It's finally here. My own place. Away from my family. Life is getting more and more peaceful. Bought new dishes, pans, and supplies for my apartment. Other than Tuesday being a really long day, I'm looking forward to experimenting with my meals after work.
End of summer. Beginning of fall. Ending a toxic relationship with my siblings and appreciating my wonderful friends.

Life is good. I feel very welcome at my friends' place. They love that I brought whole grain foods and organic veggies with me tonight. Tomorrow, we experiment with an MB meal. I'm excited.

Still really tired. I think the moving and dealing with all of the emotions of the past month have finally caught up with me. I was going to sleep shortly after I got home, at least that was the plan, but think I'm going to read first. MB or Fan-fiction? Not sure which one yet. Both...

So many changes. I think it finally wore me out. 5 hours of sleep per night. I wish. Right now I feel drained and want to sleep 12 hours a night. Maybe I'm playing catch-up with my sleep. Bears hibernate in the winter. I feel I can, too. Right? I can say that sleeping through all the snow sounds really good. No shoveling or driving on black ice.

Falling asleep as I blog. That's my life these days, so I'm going to say good night to you all...

Another moving day.

Spent a fabulous with Erin. Had lots of fun at the convention. Was late getting home on Friday, so headed back early to finish moving out. Got that done and had an unexpected phone call. Was ist los? If I find out my sister's involved, I don't know if I will be more pissed off at what she did or scared about what she would do to my friends. Very sad that I even think this way.
