Stretching all the way from my neck of the woods to Maryland, there's a huge ice storm making its way to the East. Oklahoma was in a deep freeze and millions of people lost power, which wasn't that far from here where it dumped ice sheets on everything. We're kinda at the tip of it, being the next state over from Oklahoma, we got hit first with it.

The weather is weird. Things are looking grim. I'm being dragged into more nonsense and BS online. I haven't contacted anyone of that bunch. My mom's washing machine went out so we have to drive the truck up to Best Buy on Saturday, which is no big deal. The crazy people online scare me and I'm once again unable to focus on my writing and getting another poem in or at least some decent Haikus.

Sorry but had to pour out my broken heart. There it is. *sigh*

I didn't watch but little bits and pieces of all the grandieur today. I'm drained. What disturbs me is that the media is having a circus over some fumble on the oath. Honestly I must have missed that or it didn't register. Seemed okay to me. And the stock market keeps sinking. Same ol' same ol'.

I call it the Stick Market now. A bunch of branches of banks and the fact money doesn't grow on tress, so yeah...sticks, twigs are falling off those banches. Maybe a leaf or two. Anyone planning...
