I was and still am a fan of the "Faceman." I recently finished reading his Kamikaze Cowboy book. I'm taking macrobiotics cooking classes soon and I'm adjusting my eating lifestyle. I've been chronically ill my whole life and because of Dirk Benedict I finally have hope. God bless you, Dirk! I look forward to 2009!

Thanks DBL and Nacky for your encouragement and support. The classes start next week and include individual consultation for particular health-related issues, etc. I live in East Tennessee, outside of Knoxville, and am grateful that GOOGLE helped me find the gentleman in Knoxville who offers the classes.
