"If I'm going to fail, I might as well fail fabulously."

In an ideal world, this would be said by Starbuck before he performed some extremely risky maneuver and somehow pulled it off. Unfortunately, it was said by me when I realized it's 2 a.m. and I'd forgotten some homework due tomorrow at 9. But I'm seriously considering integrating the line into my current fanfic. ;)

I can almost hear him say that.
Oh no :( Any chance you can turn it in a at a later time ?
That line would fit in a BSG FF story perfectly.

Well, my teacher was sick today, so we didn't have class and I can turn in that assignment on Monday. I also got to use that hour to study for a test the following hour. I'm thankful for the divine intervention on my behalf. :)

This isn't 100% accurate, and it happens to be one of Dirk's favorite quotes, so here is the entire thing:

What the..?!?

Oh, I'm sorry, I should have checked it out myself. Going from memory, it sounded right. I really liked it, too. The sentiment, anyway. Jeez, why would someone rewrite it?

Thanks for posting it, John! I should get an app and fix the meme...
