Great Witticisms from T-Shirts
I'm going to stop asking "How dumb can you get?" People seem to be taking it as a challenge. I ALWAYS MEAN WHAT I SAY. Sometimes I don't mean to say it out loud. I MAY BE OLD but at least I got to drive all the COOL CARS. Every time I think things can't get any worse, THERE'S AN ELECTION. Did your ears hear what your mouth just said? I didn't think so. SOMETIMES WHEN I OPEN MY MOUTH MY MOTHER COMES OUT. JESUS loves you But I'M HIS FAVORITE. NEXT TIME YOU WAVE PLEASE USE ALL OF YOUR FINGERS |

Witty QUOTES From SIGNS:
What if you woke up TODAY with only what you thanked God for YESTERDAY? BE THE KIND OF WOMAN THAT WHEN YOUR FEET HIT THE FLOOR EACH MORNING THE DEVIL SAYS "OH CRAP, SHE'S UP." If plan A fails just remember: you have 25 letters left. WINE DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT, IT MAKES YOU LEAN: AGAINST WALLS, CHAIRS, AND FUNNY PEOPLE. I SMILE BECAUSE I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. Do what you Love and you'll NEVER WORK a Day in Your Life. I am not a one-in-a-million GIRL I am a once-in-a Lifetime WOMAN. :) |
Re: "Quotables"
Thought, like memory, is, of course, necessary for daily living. It is
the only instrument we have for communication, working at our jobs and so forth. Thought is the response to memory, memory which has been accumulated through experience, knowledge, tradition, time. And from this background of memory we react and this reaction is thinking. So thought is essential at certain levels but when thought projects itself psychologically as the future and the past, creating fear as well as pleasure, the mind is made dull and therefore inaction is inevitable. So I ask myself, 'Why, why, why, do I think about the future and the past in terms of pleasure and pain, knowing that such thought creates fear? Isn't it possible for thought psychologically to stop, for otherwise fear will never end? Jiddu Krishnamurti 1895-1986 kfa.org Freedom from the Known |

Re: "Quotables"
"Man has accepted conflict as an innate part of daily existence because he has accepted competition, jealousy, greed, acquisitiveness and aggression as a natural way of life. When we accept such a way of life we accept the structure of society as it is and live within the pattern of respectability. And that is what most of us are caught in because most of us want to be terribly respectable. When we examine our own minds and hearts, the way we think, the way we feel and how we act in our daily lives, we observe that as long as we conform to the pattern of society, life must be a battlefield."

Re: "Quotables"
"Now take the question of death which is an immense problem to most people. You know death, there it is walking every day by your side. Is it possible to meet it so completely that you do not make a problem of it at all? In order to meet it in such a way all belief, all hope, all fear about it must come to an end, otherwise you are meeting this extraordinary thing with a conclusion, an image, with a premeditated anxiety, and therefore you are meeting it with time."
