I get Yin and Yang...
Really, I do. Whole foods, balance, expansion/contraction - I get it. The philosophy is sound and I understand it.
So how do you put it into practice? How do you get there from here?
I eat organic when I can. I eat local when I can. Whole grains and whole grain products instead of white rice and Wonder bread.
If you are following a macrobiotic lifestyle, I want to know how you got there, what you shop for and eat on a daily basis. Now that winter is here, where are you getting vegetables, and which ones are you eating? What about protein?
