Default Gazpacho

This isn't a genuine Spanish recipe but it's quick and nice in very hot weather.
A tin of tomatoes or fresh skinned ones. ( Drop tomatoes in very hot water for a minute, drain and peel. The skins come off easily )
A clove of garlic and half a small onion.
Half a cucumber, peeled.
A de seeded green pepper. ( bell pepper..not the hot, ones)
Salt and black pepper.
A slice of soaked bread. ( Just put it in water briefly until it's soaked through )
Liquidise the lot, put in the fridge, to go cold. Eat cold. Very refreshing.
