Rice or noodles Marinera
Fry some onion until transparent. ( Not much oil). Add a can of chopped tomatoes, and warm through. Add a can of drained clams plus some prawns if you like. Cook until they are warmed through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat with rice, or noodles or pasta, if you eat it. ( I don't..). Sorry this isn't really macrobiotic ie tomatoes and canned stuff...but it's quick, delicious and healthy .
