Hi Tracy! I too was thinking of arriving on the Friday and making it a weekend.....my kids told me to go and have a great time....my son doesn't go out for Halloween much, so it would be ok...who knows...maybe they will all come with me! Have a great day!

I'm planning to book my daughter and I into the Delta for the weekend. Being Halloween on the Saturday, there's a great place nearby called the Forks Market. Old Via rail station that's been converted into specialty shops and an outdoor promenade. There's usually entertainment every weekend, and being Halloween night on the Saturday, should be some great stuff going on ( for those who want a break from the con stuff ).

Hi, our plans are not confirmed because it is still quite a ways away, but my husband might come with me for a weekend away and the kids would stay at their uncles house....I will let you know when it gets closer! I can't wait....ttyl

OOOHHH how I wish I could make it to this Con !!! *SIGHS*
There would be at least 4 Celebs that I'd like to meet (Richard Hatch / Dwight Schultz / Erin Gray / and of course...Dirk !!! ......well, they were all still scheduled to appear the last time I checked the site...) !!! I doubt that there will be another chance to see them all at the same Con...well at least not "close by"...  I do have the days off but don't have the $$ to spare to attend...okay now I'm... 
Is there any lucky guys or girls here who are planning on attending ? If so, please take lots of pics and tell us all about it !  |

Hi everyone! How are we all doing? I don't think I can go now to the Winnipeg one. We don't have anyone to stay with the kids for that weekend....and I don't like to travel alone, especially when I have never been there before, so I'ts still up in the air for now....I would be sooooo disappointed if I couldn't go!

Hi. New to the site. Planning on going to Dragon Con. Super super excited about it. Mainly going to see Dirk and Dwight because they are so close and I will probably never have a better chance to do so, but want to take in the whole thing. I've never been to a SciFi convention before (well, once when I was maybe 7, don't really remember it though). Anybody have suggestions of "must see", "must do" or just general advice so I don't get lost and look like I left the map in my underwear drawer. lol...

To all my friends I am full up on autograph requests etc and am not taking anymore so unless you have a prior agreement with me dont send me anything LOL... can't wait to see Dirk AGAIN...... and Dwight for the first time ( I heart Murdock) ....Not to mention 4 star trek captains ( I also heart Shatner and Nimoy), a lot of new battlestar people ( I know not cool here but you know I'm still excited), Gil Gerard and Erin Gray.... ..... LOL....Pictures will be in a private album so you'll have to friend me to see them....
