I had planned on following the live stream on 1/2/21 up until the day before and sadly my plans had to change. : (

The 45-minute live stream of this GalactiCon virtual event has been posted on-line. I didn't find it, because they seem to post on several different platforms and DailyMotion wasn't the one I was following...

Hi Wim! He did go into more detail than he has in the past on some of these, didn't he? The guy isn't a bad interviewer. It was a fun exchange.

Hi! It's been a while since I checked the site since life has been pretty hectic. I have - however - watched the live stream and loved it! But I must admit, I love to hear Dirk talk

And I agree with John about the more detailed answers. Not a bad interviewer at all.

I was lucky to find out about that live stream and participated. It was great hearing and seeying Dirk again. He’s such a great teller of stories. Too bad there was little to no time for the fan Q’s as there were a lot of interesting Q’s available. Most time got spend on the classic Q’s... but: he got me to read Proust ��

Well, they wasted no time in taking it down. They say the video breached their terms of use. The content was rejected. Could the video be posted elsewhere? Like Rumble or ......

That's a little after-interview. I talked to Kurt about it in mail. I guess he bought or got some time with Dirk after the interview for a vid for his classes. (with Galacticon there was a possibility to purchase up to 10 minutes one-on-one with Dirk) It is GREAT! and got me all motivated again.
